Our wrap is made with 600 denier windproof, waterproof pack cloth and insulated with a 1/2” foam insert which improves bees survival by helping to maintain hive temperature. The Colorado Daisy® Winter Hive Wrap reduces the strain on bees by providing critical insulation and ventilation which are essential for this deadly condensation. Our Colorado Daisy® Winter Hive Wrap maintains the exposed roof which is critical for ventilation and is designed to release this deadly condensation.You will find that the adjustable roof strap creates space for an optional insulation box and easy access to the roof for hive inspections without removing the wrap. Importantly, the dark durable fabric is tear and fade resistant and absorbs the sun’s heat.
